A lovely little bar with live entertainment. It gets very busy so booking a table is recommended Entertainment is great. We enjoyed card bingo as well as a great singer.

Such a friendly, down to earth place, with some really good entertainment. Staff are brilliant, hello Becky. Almost worth going just to play the card game, Sticky 13. If you’ve never played it, it’s a hoot!! Only reason for 1 star for food is they don’t actually do any themselves. It’s an adjacent business that serves food into the bar, so really nothing to do with Calypso directly. Never tried it, so couldn’t comment anyway. Back on Wednesday for our third visit this holiday. By the way you really do need to book in advance.

This is a friendly little Café just down from our hotel (Coral Ocean View). Now serving breakfast (English, Scottish and Veggie), and to soon offer food in the evenings. Breakfast was the right portion and the coffee is just what's needed after a few cocktails last night. Cost is half that of hotel breakfast, with better service. Will be back for definite.

Afternoon session in the Calypso bar suite us so this is our favourite place to go. Live music and really good value for money drinks. There isnt any food served but the restaurant next door will deliver to your table. Be warned, if you dont have a table booked and just turn up it is usually packed. Find the bar on facebook and message then to book a table.

Great place for an afternoon out. The Calypso opens from 2pm until about 8pm. Ideal for us oldies. We holiday in Golf del Sur and come to the Calypso every time we are here. There is entertainment on most days. The Elvis comedian was excellent. Although the Calypso doesn't serve food, you can buy cheap and cheerful food from the cafe next door and get it served at your table. Would highly recommend for a great day out. Book a table before you go as the place is packed out.
